Account Creation:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security

5. Acceptable Use

• Payment is processed through app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play)

By You: You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data according to our data retention policies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEALTHGENIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Any health-related decisions or outcomes

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HealthGenie, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content

14. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at support@healthgenieai.com to attempt to resolve it informally.

Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

15. Governing Law
